There are Five positions that are currently hold in PRIDES. They are as followed, with duties of each.

President; Run budget, keep check on all other chairs, run all advocacy meetings, contact alumni/organizations,

provide information and ideas to 4 other chairs, hold attendance and make decision on who may attend paid-for trips.

~Travis Babcock '04

Trip/Fundraising Chair; Plan atleast one trip per semester, this involves reservations, prices, directions. Routinely

present new fundraising ideas of how to help pay for trips, as well as provide extra money for budget.

~Alicia Guiliani '05

Campus Events Coordinator; Plan and carry out atleast 2 events for the campus every semester (film festivals, speakers,

concerts, memorials, dinners, etc), create committee to help with duties and ideas, keep President notified on people

and places to contact, checks to be requested.

~Joseph McKay '06

Public Relations; Keep group notified of all that is going on, in charge of keeping signs and posters hung for meetings

and campus events, Run PRIDES weekly Newsletter.

~Andrew Hogan '06

Vice President; This person is the President of the second tier of PRIDES, which is the non-advocacy tier. This is the same

group as everyone else, but meetings are replaced by "socials" for many of our students who just want to get to know other

people, hang out, watch movies, etc, without taking a vocal role on campus. Socials are held every week that regular meetings

are not. This person must also know all information other 4 chairs have, in order to be able to respond efficiently whenever

need be.
