- Does this system behave as predicted by Hooke's Law?
- c1 = compliance of top spring; c2 = compliance of
bottom spring; c3 = compliance of both springs.
l = |x1 - x2|
- Graph notes (point to specified areas of graph):
- Include a title
- Draw best-fit line across the graph. Choose easy-to-read points for slope (NOT DATA POINTS!)
- Don't need to start vertical axis at 0
- Axis scale: Chose values that are easy to plot and will give you a large graph
- Plot data points as {include dot-in-circle symbol} so they are not obscured by best-fit line
