Dr. Bos' Problem:

Alice and Bob face two boxes, one with 51 pennies in it and the other with 101. Taking turns, with Bob going first, they throw away the pennies in one box and split the contents of the other box (in any way they choose) between the two boxes. A player must make a legal move if that is possible, and the first player who cannot make a legal move is the loser. Assuming optimal strategy by both, who wins this game?
