Dr. Bos' Problem:

Consider the isosceles triangle with a 10-inch base and two 13-inch sides. There is another isosceles triangle with 13-inch sides, the same area, but a different base. What is the length of the base of this other triangle? Out of all isosceles triangles with 13-inch sides, what is the base and area of the triangle with the largest area?
