Dr. Ladd's Problem:

You are given a card that contains 16 spots hiding a random permutation of the integers 1-16. You are to rub the dots off the cards, exposing the hidden integers, one dot at a time. If you rub off the number 3, you lose. If you rub off the 1 and the 2 (in either order, not necessary right after each other), you win. What is the probability that you will win? (Computer solutions are welcome.)
