Eruptions during February 2008

 

 

Benoit Wangermez flew over Oldoinyo Lengai on 15th February 2008 and took the following photographs of the summit crater,
heavily cloaked in fresh ash.

Walt Bilofsky flew over the crater on February 13th 2008 and took this photograph. He reported that on his return journey, two days later, there was very little ash coming out
